Indigenous Programs

We aim to close the gap in indigenous health, education, and employment by delivering programs that focus on improving the education, mental health, and social/emotional wellbeing of indigenous people.

Health & Wellbeing

Our vision is to increase the awareness of mental health issues in First Nations communities and bring about positive behavioural change. We will do this by delivering education programs that will equip communities with the knowledge and tools required to tackle mental ill health and help others in the community.

Engagement & Empowerment

Being led by First Nations communities in the delivery of programs is integral to achieving codesigned outcomes.

Elevating First Nations Voices

We aim to create and develop ongoing education and celebration of Indigenous culture through the whole community by elevating the voices of Frist Nations peoples and their stories.

Celebrating Culture

Hawks Community Foundation celebrate and recognise the history, culture and achievemnets of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. We create opportunities to learn about First Nations cultures and histories and participate in celebrations of the oldest, continuous living cultures on earth.
